Type of Food Haram

Type of Food Haram - Islam ordered his followers to choose foods that are halal and haram food away. Prophet said: "From Abu Hurairah ra said: The Messenger of Allah said:" Verily Allah does not accept good except the good things, and that Allah commanded the believers as He commands the apostles, God said: "O Messengers, eat of the good food, and serve charitable pious. Behold, I am acquainted with all that ye do "

And another word: "O you who believe, eat of the sustenance of the good that we have given you" Then he pointed out a man, he has come a long way, his hair disheveled and dusty, he lifted his hands to sky: Yaa Rabbi! Ya Rabbi! While he ate the forbidden food, and clothes that he wore from the forbidden treasure, and he drank from the forbidden drink, and raised from the things forbidden, how it might be received do'anya ". (Muslim no. 1015).
Type of Food HARAM:
1. Carcass
That is not because the dead animals are slaughtered or hunted. The statute clearly haram and the dangers this poses to religion and the human body is very real, because there is blood on the carcass of a precipitate that is very dangerous for health. Wreck of some sort as follows:
A. Al-Munkhaniqoh the animals that died from strangulation either intentionally or not.
B. Al-Mauqudhah the animals that died from being hit with the tool / object loudly to death by him or shocked with electric tools.
C. Al-Mutaraddiyah the animals that died in a fall from a high place or falling into the well to death.
D. An-Nathihah the animals that died headlong by other animals (see Tafsir Al-Quran Al-Adzim 3/22 by Imam Ibn Kathir).
Although the carcass was unlawful but excluded the dead fish and locusts based on the hadith:
"Ibn Umar said:" It is made lawful for two carcasses and two blood. The two carcasses of fish and locusts, are two of the heart blood and spleen. "(Shahih. See Takhrijnya the Al-Furqan 4/Th.11 edition page 27)
Also the Prophet was asked about the sea, then he said:
"The sea is holy water and kosher carcass.": (Shahih. See Takhrijnya the Al-Furqan 26 edition 3/Th 11) Shaikh Muhammad Nasiruddin Al-Albani said in As-Shahihah Lineage (# 480): "In this hadith there important benefit that is halal each animal carcasses floating on the sea even water (sea)? He replied: "Verily, it includes the floating carcass while the Prophet said:" The sea water is pure and halal carcass "(Narrated Daraqutni: 538).
The hadith regarding the prohibition to eat something floating on the sea is not authentic. (See also Al-Muhalla (6/60-65) by Ibn Hazm and Sharh Sahih Muslim (13/76) by An-Nawawi).
2. BLOOD
That is the blood that flows as described in another verse:
"Or the blood" (Surat al-An'am: 145) Thus said by Ibn Abbas and Sa'eed ibn Jubayr. Told that people jahiliyyah ago when one of them was hungry, so he took the blade of a sharp tool made of bone or the like, and then used to cut the camel or animal blood that comes out later collected and made food / beverage. Therefore, God forbid blood in this race. (See Tafseer Ibn Kathir 3/23-24).
Although blood is haram, but there are exceptions, namely the liver and spleen of the hadeeth of Ibn 'Umar above. Similarly, blood remains attached to the meat or neck after disembelih.Semuanya was lawful.
Syaikul Islam Ibn Taymiyah said: "The opinion is right, that is forbidden by God's blood is the blood that flows. As for the rest of the blood on the meat, then none of the 'ulama' who mengharamkannya ". (Quoted from Al-Mulakhas Al-Fiqhi 2/461 by Shaykh Dr. Saheeh Al-Fawzaan).
3. PORK
Both pets and wild pigs, male and female. And covers the whole body though oil hog. About keharamannya, has been emphasized in the Koran, hadith, and ijma 'ulama.
4. Sacrifices EXCEPT FOR GOD
That every animal slaughtered by other than Allah's name is haraam, because God requires that every creature slain by His glorious name. Therefore, if one ignores that even the good name of other than Allah sculpture, taghut, idols, etc., then the law of sacrifice is forbidden by consensus of the scholars.
5. ANIMALS THE BEAST pounced
Namely animals attacked by tigers, wolves or dogs and partly eaten kemudia die for it, then the law is illegitimate even if the blood flow and the throat hit. All of that is haraam by consensus of the scholars. The people of Jahiliyyah used to eat animal torn in pieces either goats, camels, cattle, etc., then God forbid it for the believers.
The animal that killed the beast buasa if found still alive (animate) such that the hands and feet are still moving or still breathing then slaughtered syar'i, the animal was slaughtered in a halal as halal have.
6. Fanged BEAST
It is based on the hadith: "From Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet said:" Every fanged beast is eaten haram "(Narrated by Muslim no. 1933)
Please note that this hadith mutawatir as Imam Ibn Abd al-Barr confirmed in At-Tamhid (1/125) and Ibn al-Jauziyah Qoyyim in I'lamul Muwaqqi'in (2/118-119) means "dziinaab" the beast that has fangs or sharp nails against humanity such as wolves, lions, dogs, leopards, tigers, bears, monkeys and the like. All of it is haram eaten ". (See Sharh Sunnah (11/234) by Imam Al-Baghawi).
This hadith clearly indicates illicit eating fanged beast not only makruh only. The opinions expressed are those of the makruh just wrong. (See At-Tamhid (1/111) by Ibn Abd al-Barr, I'lamul Muwaqqi'in (4-356) by Ibn Qayyim and As-Shahihah no. 476 by Al-Albani.
Imam Ibn Abd al-Barr said in At-Tamhid (1/127): "I do not know persilanganpendapat among scholars of the Muslims that the apes should not be eaten and should not be sold because there is no benefit. And we do not know a ulama'pun that allows to eat. Demikianpula dogs, elephants and all fanged beasts. Everything is the same to me (keharamannya). And the proof is the Prophet is not the opinion of people .... ".
The scholars disagree about ferrets. Does it include an unclean beast or not? Opinions rajih that ferrets are kosher as Imam Ahmad and Shafi'i opinion based on the hadith:
"From Ibn Abi Ammar said: I once asked Jabir about ferrets, whether it includes the game? He replied: "Yes". Then I asked: what should be eaten? He replied: Yes. I ask again: Do you hear it from the Prophet? The answer: Yes. (Shahih. HR. Abu Daud (3801), Tirmidhi (851), Nasa'i (5/191) and dishahihkan Bukhari, Tirmidhi, Ibn Khuzaimah, Ibn Hibban, Al-Hakim, al-Bayhaqi, and Ibn Hajar Ibn Qoyyim in At-Talkhis Habir (1/1507).
So if the hadith of Jabir's hadith prohibition against the above? ! Imam Ibn Qoyyim explained in I'lamul Muwaqqi'in (2/120) that there is no contradiction between the two above hadith. Because ferrets are not wild animals category, both in terms of language and in terms urf (custom) humans. This explanation is approved by Al-Allamah Al-Mubarakfuri in Tuhfatul Ahwadzi (5/411) and Shaykh Muhammad Nasiruddin al-Albani in Ar-At-Ta'liqat Radhiyyah (3-28)
7. THE BIRD toed SHARP
It is based on the hadith: Ibn Abbas said: "Allah forbids every beast fangs and sharp nails" (Muslim no. 1934)
Imam Al-Baghawi said in Sharh Sunnah (11/234): "Likewise every sharp-toed bird garuda, eagles and the like". Imam Nawawi said in Sharh Saheeh Muslim 13/72-73: "In this hadith there is a justification for madzab Shafi'i, Abu Hanifah, Ahmad, David, and the majority of scholars on the prohibition of eating fanged beasts and birds sharp nails."
8. AHLIYYAH khimar (donkey benign)
It is based on the hadith:
"From Jabir said:" The Prophet forbade the battle of Khaibar from (eating) meat khimar and allow horse meat ". (Narrated by Bukhari no. 4219 and Muslim no. 1941) in another narration thus: "In the battle of Khaibar, slaughtered horses, bighal and khimar. Then the Prophet banned from bighal and khimar and no ban of horse. (HR Shahih. Abu Daud (3789), Nasa'i (7/201), Ahmad (3/356), Ibn Hibban (5272), Bayhaqi (9/327), Daraqutni (4/288-289) and al- Baghawi the Sunnah Syarhu no. 2811).
In the above hadith, there are two problems:
First: The benign ass bastard. These are the scholars of the Companions jumhur, tabi'in and scholars after them based on authentic hadiths and clear as above. Adapaun wild asses, it is lawful to the consensus of the scholars. (See Sailul Jarrar (4/99) by Imam Syaukani).
Second: horse meat halal. This is the opinion of Zaid bin Ali, Shafi'i, Ahmad, Ishaq bin Rahawaih and mayoritass Salaf by authentic hadiths and certainly above. Ibn Abi Syaiban sanadnya narrated by Bukhari Muslim corresponding terms of Atha 'that he said to Ibn Juraij: "ordinary Salafmu eat (horse meat)." Ibn Juraij said: "What is a friend of Allah? The answer: Yes. (See Subulus Salam (4/146-147) by Imam As-San'ani).
9. AL-JALLALAH
It is based on the hadith:"Ibn Umar said: The Messenger banned from jalalah camel to ride. (Narrated by Abu Dawud no. 2558 with a saheeh isnaad).
"In another narration: Messenger of jallalah and banned from consuming milk." (Narrated by Abu Dawood: 3785, Tirmidhi: 1823 and Ibn Majah: 3189).
"Of Amr ibn Shoaib from his father from his grandfather said: The Messenger banned from benign and jalalah ass, and eat up the flesh" (Narrated by Ahmad (2/219) and al-Haafiz dihasankan in Fathul Bari 9/648).
Al-Jalalah mean that every animal both quadrupeds and bipeds-the staple food is impurities such as dirt manuasia / animals and the like. (Fahul Bari 9/648). Ibn Abi al-Syaiban in Mushannaf (5/147/24598) narrated from Ibn 'Umar that he ate shit chicken coop for three days. (Saheeh isnaad as stated in Al-Haafiz Fathul Bari 9/648).
Baghawi in Sharh al-Sunnah (11/254) also said: "Then menghukumi an animal that ate dirt as jalalah need to be investigated. If the animal is eating dirt just sometimes, it does not include the category and unclean jalalah eaten like chicken and the like ... "
Law jalalah eaten as unclean and Hanabilah Syafi'iyyah majority opinion. This opinion is also confirmed by Daqiq Ibn al-'Eed of the jurists' and dishahihkan by Abu Ishaq al-Marwazi, Al-Qoffal, Al-Juwayni, Al-Baghawi and Al-Ghozali. (See Fathul Bari (9/648) by Ibn Hajar).
Because Prohibition jalalah is change the smell and taste of meat and milk. If the influence of impurities on the flesh, which makes keharamannya is gone, it is no longer unlawful, even legal hahal be sure and there is no specific time limit. Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar explained (9/648): "The size of the time-consuming boelhnya jalalah ie when the smell of animal dung in these animals disappear to be replaced by something sacred according to the correct opinion.". This opinion is strengthened by priests Syaukani in Nailul Authar (7/464) and al-Albani and At-Ta'liqat Ar-Radhiyyah (3/32).
10. AD-Dhab (ANIMAL KIND lizard) THEREOF TO THE FEEL DISGUSTED
According to the hadith: "Of Abdur Rahman bin Syibl said: The Messenger banned from eating Dhab (similar animals lizards). (HR Hasan. Abu Daud (3796), Al-Fasawi in al-Tarikh wa ma'rifah (2/318), Bayhaqi (9/326) and dihasankan Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar in Fathul Bari (9/665) and approved by Al-Albani in As-Shahihah no. 2390).
True, there are several hadith in Bukhari lot of Muslim and other than describing bolehnya eat dhob whether express form or Taqrir Prophet (Prophet's approval). Among them, the hadith Abdullah bin Umar marfu '(to the Prophet) "Dhab, I did not eat it and I do not mengharamkannya." (Bukhari no.5536 and Muslim no. 1943)
11. ANIMALS ARE ORDERED TO BE KILLED RELIGION
"From Aisha said: Messenger of Allah said: Five wicked animal should be killed, both licit and illicit land that snakes, rats, black dog. "(Narrated by Muslim no. 1198 and Bukhari no. Lafadz 1829 with" scorpion: instead of "snake")
Imam Ibn Hazm said in al-Muhalla (6/73-74): "Any animal that was ordered by the Prophet to be killed then no sacrifices for him, because the Prophet forbade from a waste of money and do not kill the animals that eat halal" (See also Al-Mughni (13/323) by Ibn Qudama and al-Majmu 'Sharh Muhadzab (9/23) by Nawawi).
"From Umm Syarik said that the Prophet ordered that kill geckos / lizards" (Narrated by Bukhari no. Muslims 3359 and 2237). Imam Ibn Abd al-Barr said in At-Tamhid (6/129) "" Gecko / lizard has agreed prohibition of eating ".
12. PROHIBITED ANIMALS KILLED FOR
"Ibn Abbas said: The Messenger forbade killing 4 animals: ants, wasps, birds and bird Hoopoe surad. "(Narrated by Ahmad (1/332, 347), Abu Dawood (5267), Ibn Majah (3224), Ibn Hibban (7/463) and dishahihkan Baihaqi and Ibn Hajar in at-Talkhis 4/916). Imam Shafi'i and his companions said: "Any animal that is prohibited killed means should not be eaten, because if be eaten, would not be prohibited to kill him." (See Al-Majmu '(9/23) by Nawawi).
Prohibition of animals above are the majority of scholars despite disagreement on it except the ants, it seems agreed keharamannya. (See Subul Salam 4/156, Nailul Authar 8/465-468, Faaidhul Qadir 6/414 by al-Munawi). "Of Abdur Rahman ibn Uthman al-Qurasyi that a physician has asked the Prophet about the frog / toad used as medicine, and the Prophet forbade killing him. (Narrated by Ahmad (3/453), Abu Dawood (5269), Nasa'i (4355), Al-Hakim (4/410-411), Bayhaqi (9/258, 318) and dishahihkan Ibn Hajar and Al-Albani).
Absolute prohibition of frog is the opinion of Imam Ahmad and several other scholars and opinion from madzab Syafe'i authentic. Al-Abdari quoting from Abu Bakr As-Shidiq, Umar, Uthman and Ibn Abbas that the entire carcass lawful except marine toad (see also Al-Majmu '(9/35), Al-Mughni (13/345), Adhwaul Bayan ( 1/59) by Sheikh As-Syanqithi, Aunul Ma'bud (14/121) by Abadi and Taudhihul Adzim Ahkam (6/26) by Al-Bassam)
13. ANIMALS LIVING IN THE 2 (TWO) NATURAL
So far NOT EXIST proposition from the Qur'an and authentic hadith that describes the prohibition of animals that live in two worlds (marine and terrestrial). Thus, animals that live in two worlds legal basis "if the law is lawful unless there is proof that the mengharamkannya.
Here are examples of some of the arguments of animals live in two worlds:
CRAB - HALAL law as Atha opinion 'and Imam Ahmad. (See al-Mughni 13/344 by Ibn Al-Muhalla Qudamah and 6/84 by Ibn Hazm).
Turtles and TURTLE - as well as madzab HALAL Abu Hurairah, Thawus, Muhammad ibn Ali, Atha ', Hasan Al-Basri and jurists' medina. (See Al-Mushannaf (5/146) and Ibn Abi Al-Muhalla Syaibah (6/84).
SEA DOGS - as well as the opinions of Imam Malik HALAL, Syafe'i, Layth, and al-Auza'i Syai'bi (see Al-Mughni 13/346).
FROG / FROGS - absolutely legal HARAM according to the rajih pendapt because it includes a prohibited animal killed as described above.
